Understand the relationship between your unique attributes and potential career opportunities/paths. Prerequisite: Completion of Interests, Skills, and Values Mapping sessions or equivalent self-assessment. You should have a sense of your top Skills, Values, and Interests and some general ideas about potential career paths or opportunities you want to explore–even if you’re open to considering new ones. If you're ready to take a deeper dive, this comprehensive experience will help you gain a clearer understanding of how your unique attributes - your skills, qualifications, preferences, values, and interests align with the world of work. ​ Part 1 - Attribute mapping workshop Understand the relationship between your unique attributes. We'll use Miro Board to map your attributes leaving you with a clear understanding of how to assess which careers align with your personal attributes and why. Part 2: Labour Market Exploration Workshop Dive into current labour market trends and how they affect your career choices. Explore job demand, industry growth, and salary expectations. Gain insights into the viability and sustainability of your potential career paths in the current market. Part 3: Action Planning Workshop Develop a strategic plan for identifying or pursuing suitable career paths/opportunities. Create an actionable roadmap with steps to achieve your career goals, including additional research and resource gathering. Walk away with a personalized action plan and additional resources to continue your career exploration independently.​ ​​​Next Steps: 1. Pick a date and time for the first session of your workshop.
